OUR FACILITY

North County’s Premier Venue since 2003

Completed in 2003, the Templeton Performing Arts Center (TPAC) stands as a testament to the values held dear in Templeton, California, where hard work, generosity, and the spirit of community shine brightly on the stage. With its exceptional facilities and unwavering commitment to the performing arts, the TPAC has become the heart of cultural expression, education, and entertainment in North County. The TPAC is more than just a venue; it's a beacon for all forms of performing arts, a sanctuary for creativity, and a springboard for talent. Our facility proudly serves not only as a cultural hub but also as a cornerstone for career and vocational/technical education, nurturing the artistic dreams of Templeton Unified School District students.

The TPAC boasts an orchestra pit, multiple dressing rooms, curtains, lighting, and sound systems. With a cozy seating capacity of 330, every spectator enjoys an unobstructed view of the stage, thanks to the steep rake of the house. This unique design makes the TPAC the ideal setting for the mesmerizing performances of musical, dance, and theatrical groups. Beyond that, it's a versatile space for assemblies, lectures, and forums, embodying the true essence of a multifunctional performing arts center. The TPAC isn't just any venue; it's the largest indoor performance space in northern San Luis Obispo County. Since its grand opening, it has seamlessly integrated into our community, creating unforgettable moments and unforgettable memories. The TPAC is a reflection of our shared dreams, built by the hands of the community, for the community.

We invite you to join us at the Templeton Performing Arts Center, where passion, creativity, and the magic of the performing arts come alive in every breathtaking performance.

Future Improvements

While the foundational structure of the Templeton Performing Arts Center (TPAC) was finalized in 2003, a dedicated committee was formed to further refine the seating, sound, and lighting systems. Our newly appointed management team is tirelessly committed to advancing the technical aspects of this exceptional venue. In recent developments, the TPAC has invested in state-of-the-art upgrades, including new LED CYC lights, advanced LED moving lights, and an industry-standard light console. These improvements have been made possible through our close collaboration with the Templeton Performing Arts Center Foundation, a nonprofit sister organization, that plays a vital role in securing additional funding for the TPAC's continuous enhancement.
